原東風(fēng)鍛造有限公司是由東風(fēng)汽車(chē)有限公司與湖北東風(fēng)汽車(chē)工業(yè)進(jìn)出口有限公司共同出資，在原鍛造廠的基礎(chǔ)上（始建于1969年9月）改制成立，2005年1月8日正式掛牌運(yùn)營(yíng)。

     根據(jù)國(guó)家“雙百行動(dòng)”計(jì)劃，在東風(fēng)汽車(chē)集團(tuán)有限公司的指導(dǎo)下，結(jié)合各單位實(shí)際情況，2018年11月30日，東風(fēng)商用車(chē)有限公司旗下原鑄造一廠、鑄造二廠、東風(fēng)鍛造有限公司及其子公司神力公司，四家單位正式合并成立新東風(fēng)鍛造有限公司。

     According to the national "double-hundred action" plan, under the careful guidance of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. and in combination with the actual situation of each unit, on November 30, 2018, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. 's original NO.1 Foundry, NO.2 Foundry, Dongfeng Forging Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Shenli Forging Co., Ltd., the four units formally merged to form the new Dongfeng Forging Co., Ltd.
